Fluid ISA Bond Matured Payments Not Paid or Received

 There have been a number of investors in Fluid ISA Bond reporting that payments have not been received when expected and that they have been unable to contact the company by phone or email. 

It also appears that the Fluid ISA Bond website is down supposedly for maintenance but the main Fluid website refers investors to visit the dedicated ISA bond website which is also down for maintenance and has been for some weeks.

Unfortunately unregulated mini bonds such as the Fluid ISA have a risk of 100% capital loss as you are lending money to a small company. There is no indication that investors will lose all their money in Fluid ISA but the longer that they're unable to make contact with the company the more worrying it will be.

It is unusual for a company to take a website down for maintenance over extended periods when usually it would only be unavailable during an upgrade and replacement with a new site which then is visible. The site does give the following statement which doesn't really mean maintenance, just that they're no longer selling bonds.

Due to changes in regulations, we are not offering new investment in Fluid Bonds at this time.

The only screenshots of the Fluid ISA 1 Bond Limited is the one showing the site is under maintenance.

The Fluid ISA login page does have a risk warning but it seems unlikely it was there when they were selling bonds

LCF - Where Are The Assets & People Now?

Where are the People and assets behind LCF & their agent Surge Financial? London Capital & Finance owned a helicopter purchased by Andy Thomson. LCF helicopter seized This has now been seized and is being held at Shoreham Airport in Sussex. According to the administrators one of the loans of £12 million was to a stables called Home Farm originally run by Spencer Golding but now owned by Sean Cubitt who was unable to provide any paperwork for the purchase of the company or for any of the horses. There were originally 85 horses apparently with a combined values of £15 million according to the owners but when the administrators visited they could only see 35 that had a value of less than £10,000 each. Hunter Jones Investment Review - Is it a Scam?

A company called Hunter Jones Investments are advertising on Facebook for bonds that they claim are paying 24% fixed return over 24 months for a managed property portfolio bond. It makes no mention that it is now breaking the law to sell unregulated bonds to retail investors. So is this investment opportunity from Hunter Jones a scam or genuine investment?  Hunter Jones Facebook advert - Is it a Scam?
