CPrompt UK Ltd Name used for Fluid ISA Bond Scam

The company name CPrompt UK Ltd is being used by scammers to target investors in Fluid ISA Bond to recover money from their investment. 

C Prompt UK Ltd is a company based in North East UK that has been running since 1993, owned by 2 people and has no website or any obvious online presence. You can check their details on Companies House here:

The scammers using the C Prompt UK name have no connection to the real company and are claiming to be based in London. It also appears that they have setup a website which again is nothing to do with the real company. They are presumably relying on the fact that C Prompt UK have no contact details online for any Fluid ISA Bond investors to validate or disprove the scam.

The scammers are reportedly asking for 5% fees to recover funds from Fluid ISA that they claim has gone into liquidation. There is no information to support this claim. Although the ISA manager NPI has gone into liquidation it does not affect any of the underlying bond investments such as the Fluid ISA and just needs a new manager to take over the ISA wrapper.

For the avoidance of any doubt. C Prompt UK Ltd is not a scam company in any shape or form. Its good name is being used by scammers to commit fraud on investors in various bond investments such as Fluid ISA or Northern Provident Investments.

Where are the People and assets behind LCF & their agent Surge Financial? London Capital & Finance owned a helicopter purchased by Andy Thomson. LCF helicopter seized This has now been seized and is being held at Shoreham Airport in Sussex. According to the administrators one of the loans of £12 million was to a stables called Home Farm originally run by Spencer Golding but now owned by Sean Cubitt who was unable to provide any paperwork for the purchase of the company or for any of the horses. There were originally 85 horses apparently with a combined values of £15 million according to the owners but when the administrators visited they could only see 35 that had a value of less than £10,000 each. A company called Hunter Jones Investments are advertising on Facebook for bonds that they claim are paying 24% fixed return over 24 months for a managed property portfolio bond. It makes no mention that it is now breaking the law to sell unregulated bonds to retail investors.
