As well as working for LCF, Katherine Simpson also runs her own HR consultancy business JDS HR Ltd based from Deal in Kent. One can only assume her role at London Capital & Finance was as a figurehead as running her own consultancy in parallel and having only 6 staff at LCF it wouldn't have been a demanding HR role.

Michael Andrew Thomson also known as Andy Thomson

Andy Thomson took over LCF from Simon Hume-Kendall who setup the company in 2012.

He was listed in the Information memorandum in 2016 but appears to have left LCF shortly afterwards. Did he quit because he found out what was going on?

Simon Hume-Kendall

Set up  London Capital & Finance in 2012 when it was called Sales Aid Finance. He left and Andy Thomson took over. He is director of many companies that  London Capital & Finance have lent money to and is Chairman of companies that have failed to file their accounts in time with Companies House such as London Power Management and London Group LLP

List of company directorships for Simon Hume-Kendall - many have failed to complete their statutory reporting of accounts to Companies House. Surely the Chairman is responsible?

The common link between the "LCF management team" seems to be horse riding and equestrian activities. According to his LinkedIn profile Martin Binks is director of My Blockstock plc, Katherine Simpson is a keen rider according to her Facebook as is Andy Thomson and his family.
