London Capital & Finance - Who are GLOBAL SECURITY TRUSTEES LIMITED?

London Capital & Finance claimed in the marketing that their bonds were "fully asset backed for security" and were protected by a Trustee who would enforce the security for bondholders.

The company named as the Trustee for the bonds, the impressive sounding GLOBAL SECURITY TRUSTEES LIMITED is a dormant company with assets of £100 and registered at the same address as LCF with directors that have also served LCF.

As of April 2018 the majority owner of GLOBAL SECURITY TRUSTEES LIMITED is based in Malta, a company called Oracle LTD, nothing to do with the huge Oracle Corporation of USA. 
  • Why would the owner of a dormant Trustee company with assets of only £100 need to be based in Malta? 
  • If the Trustee is owned by a different company outside the UK, could they just walk off with the money of the bondholders?
  • All London Capital & Finance assets are assigned over to GLOBAL SECURITY TRUSTEES LIMITED. The owner of these assets is now based in Malta. What obligation do they have to LCF bondholders?

 However it appears that the address given in the Companies house filing is wrong and Oracle Ltd is based at a different address in Malta. 

56, GROUND FLOOR, EUROPA CENTRE, SAINT ANNE STREET, FLORIANA, Malta

The registration for Oracle Ltd is C 81910. Malta Company registration doesn't give any details of the ownership or directors of the company online so more investigation is needed for this.

Why would a company selling unregulated bonds to UK investors assign the security trustee to a company that is owned by another company in Malta? There would appear to be no logical reason to do so other than trying to hide the ultimate owner of those assets or prevent them being pursued from the UK

    Andrew Thomson boss of London Capital Finance is the director of Oracle Limited who controlled the Global Security Trustees for 7 months & the ultimate owner is Oracle Asset Management LLP....Andrew Thomson along with his Father Ronald who is also a shareholder on the London Power Corporation Limited with The "Right Honorable" Charles Hendry,Elten Barker,Simon Hume Kendall etc. Even the Global Security Trustees had shares !!

    Nobody seems to care about doing anything about this wake up SFO !! Solicitors Robert Sedgwick & Alex Lee of Buss Murton Law LLP should have been one of the first to have been arrested as facilitators of theft,money laundering,fraud & asset concealment. Also being complicit in a Ponzi scheme. As they carried out virtually all of the legal work for the criminals.

    Would that be the same Alexander Lee who is a partner at Buss Murton Solicitors (Tunbridge Wells)? The same Buss Murton Solicitors which holds the entire share capital in Buss Murton (Nominees) Limited? The same Buss Murton (Nominees) Limited which holds the entire share capital in El Cupey Limited? El Cupey Limited which holds as a fixed interest an “Investment in Inversionnes 51588SRL”.
    El Cupey being the name of the investment property which was recently attributed with a “nil” value by the FSCS for the purposes of assessing losses of people who were convinced to remortgage their homes to invest in a development in the Dominican Republic on the basis that the investment company would also help them to dispose of unwanted timeshares.
    Buss Murton Solicitors also being the former employer of Robert Sedgwick. The same Robert Sedgwick who was subject to SRA censure having permitted the use of the firm’s account to facilitate four investment schemes which were considered “dubious”.
    Interestingly the name of the former director of Global Security Trustees Limited was….

Where are the People and assets behind LCF & their agent Surge Financial? London Capital & Finance owned a helicopter purchased by Andy Thomson. LCF helicopter seized This has now been seized and is being held at Shoreham Airport in Sussex. According to the administrators one of the loans of £12 million was to a stables called Home Farm originally run by Spencer Golding but now owned by Sean Cubitt who was unable to provide any paperwork for the purchase of the company or for any of the horses. There were originally 85 horses apparently with a combined values of £15 million according to the owners but when the administrators visited they could only see 35 that had a value of less than £10,000 each. Sean Cubitt claimed that there was no bank account for the company that runs Home Farm. So a company with no bank account was loaned £12 million by LCF. A company called Hunter Jones Investments are advertising on Facebook for bonds that they claim are paying 24% fixed return over 24 months for a managed property portfolio bond. It makes no mention that it is now breaking the law to sell unregulated bonds to retail investors. So is this investment opportunity from Hunter Jones a scam or genuine investment?  Hunter Jones Facebook advert - Is it a Scam?
